Hi, i have to buy a birthday gift but i am kinda lost about what avatar version to buy. the original one or the collectors version. can anyone recommend me one that they personally like better? i know the collectors version has extra scenes but is it worth the money. also, i read that in the collectors version that you have to change the discs halfway through the movie, i just need some clarification on that part. thank you. Why Are The Fire Benders In The Avatar Movie All Indian?
I just watched the avatar the last airbender and wasn 't to impressed for one the firebending nation is supposed to be asian, according to the cartoon i have seen, like most everyone else in the movie but they were all dominantly indian. what was their reason in doing that when they made it? plus the way they said the names were all different from the cartoon. so technically what 's more correct? Given the horrific conditions both earth and mankind are found in the avatar universe, is mankind 's fate inevitable extinction? what can they do? planets take millions upon millions of years to recover naturally from mayor planetary scale disasters whether natural or man made. so humanity would simply and could simply never outlast such a large time period. their ships can only bring them to pandora within their lifetimes which is unfit for human life as well, any other destination could easily take hundreds or even thousands of years to reach so no even with cryo would humans survive that long. so what choices if any do humans have in the avatar universe to survive?interesting answers there one involves a miraculous renewable resource on a planet that has none, not even sunlight since it 's covered in toxic noxious gases and no sunlight seeps through anymore. or total genocide of another sentient species, in short humanity is doomed period. Why Is Avatar Movie Thought As So Good ?
I think i expected too muuch. i don 't know. i didn 't felt so excited. the idea of controlling anothercreature is good but maybe that 's it.everybody would 've already thought of island that floats. nothing really new.and i think transformers isn 't good either because the cgi is perfect but the fight is like i dont ' get whatthey are even doing. there are so much explosion and slomotion is cool but the fight isn 't cool.they don 't have a cool plan. they just fight and fight and more explosions. Ok so i 'll admit i do tend to overanalyze things sometimes, that 's just how i am. but as i was watching james cameron 's avatar, i became fascinated with the planet pandora (i think most people did) and kept running through my mind how the planet and organisms could have evolved to support an ecosystem. pandora 's life forms are obviously adapted to pandora 's environment and atmosphere, just as we are adapted to earth 's. but there 's one thing i couldn 't understand. the tides on earth are caused by the moon 's gravity right? so wouldn 't the gas giant planet 's gravity absolutely f*** up pandora 's tides? anyone know how this would work? I didn 't really think about it but my friend says it hasn 't happy ending and maybe he 's quite right-he betrayed his own race just for random female and joined them to defeat humans.sure it look like happy end that he saved them and so but thats usually beacuse you are "on their side ",people usually stick to main character and when he wins its happy ending.like if movie is about some mafia or something and main char is mafian so "your are with them " then if police get you or someone close to main char or something its bad but if in some different movie its from police point of view then taking these "bad guys " down would be happy ending.= many people just side with main character beacuse its usually about him and sometimes he gets viewers sympathy and you wish him best but someone like my friend is almost everytime looking for something.--so what do you think? did avatar have good or bad ending?i think it had good ending. Since pandora is said to be smaller than earth, what can you expect to be different about conditions on the surface there? is this accurately reflected by anything in the film? why or why not? is there any way to logically explain how the mountains float above pandora without violating the laws of physics? why do the na’vi look so humanoid if they evolved completely separately from us on a different world? why do some animals on pandora have 6 limbs but the na’vi have only 4? how could different organisms have evolved physical “connectors” to link up with each other on pandora? is there anything like this between species on earth?thank you guys for your great answers!
